Part 1 - Speed and Agility
This is a session composed of progressing your child through warm ups and drills for movement mechanics. We cover running technique, speed, footspeed, change of direction, first step quickness, reaction plus stability and recovery work. This camp is suitable for any level of athlete as we break down the important aspects of athleticism that when done well, reduce your injury risk and enhance your performance.
Part 2 - Strength and Power
We will be exploring the fundamentals of lifting for athletes. The camp is suitable for anyone, whether you have lifted before or not. We help you find individual cues to help you perform lifting in the safest and most effective way to reduce injury risk and increase strength, power, body awareness and control over your movement. We educate you on load management to help you navigate the current demands of sporting programs.
Part 3 - At Home Fitness
We will be providing a simple at home body weight fitness program for your child. Incorporating a range of exercises that we will cover through our camp.
Part 4 - Recovery / Deep System
Our team will go through the fundamentals of optimal recovery techniques, for your child to integrate into their sporting rescheme. We will also provid testing for personalised activation positions to complete before participating in future sport.
Part 5 - Nutrition
To end our sessions will give a brief overview of nutrition hacks to try, so your child can perform at their best.
Each camp comes with a goodie bag full of merch, a spikey ball and programs, valued at over $300.
